This Privacy Policy explains how Enlazo Systems LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the Proximos application (“Service”). By using Proximos, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect limited technical and account-related information necessary to operate the Service.

What We Store

The following data is logged each time a Mac connects to the Proximos Engine:

• Mac hardware UUID — logged on each connection and used to count active license seats
• Connection count per UUID — the number of times each UUID has connected within the past 30 days
• License key association — each UUID is recorded against the license key it connected under

What We Do Not Store

We do not collect or retain:

• IP addresses
• Usernames or account names
• Hostnames or computer names
• macOS version or hardware model
• Any personally identifying information beyond the Mac hardware UUID

Account Information

In addition to device-level data, we store the following account-level information:

• Subscription email address
• Subscription tier and associated device count

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Enforce subscription licensing and device limits
• Calculate device counts over a rolling 30-day period
• Operate and maintain the Service
• Provide customer support

4. Device Counting Methodology

• Device usage is calculated based on unique device UUIDs connecting to the Service over a rolling 30-day window.
• Devices that have not connected within the past 30 days are excluded from counts.

5. Data Storage

• Device UUIDs and connection data are stored in Amazon CloudWatch logs.
• Subscription-related data is stored in secure systems operated by or on behalf of the Company.

Requesting Deletion of Your Customer Data

Enlazo Systems LLC is happy to comply with data deletion requests. To request deletion of your customer data, please contact us at support@enlazosystems.com. We will process your request in accordance with applicable law.

7. Data Sharing

We do not:

• Sell personal data
• Share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes

We may share limited data with service providers strictly for operating the Service, including payment processing.

8. Nature of Device Identifiers

• The macOS UUID collected by Proximos is used solely as a technical identifier for licensing purposes.
• It is not used to directly identify individuals.
• We do not attempt to associate device identifiers with personal identity beyond account-level subscription data.

9. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. However, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
