This Privacy Policy explains how Enlazo Systems LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the Proximos API (“Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

The Proximos API is designed with minimal data retention. We collect only what is necessary to operate and secure the Service.

What We Store

The following data is logged each time a request is made to the Service:

• Request count per license key — used for fair-use limit enforcement
• Queried endpoint and parameters — logged to AWS CloudWatch for operational monitoring and abuse detection

What We Do Not Store

We do not collect or retain:

• IP addresses
• Device identifiers or MAC addresses
• User-agent strings
• Mac hardware UUIDs or any device-level identifying information
• Any personally identifying information beyond your license key

License Key Storage

Your license key is stored in an Amazon DynamoDB table solely to authorize API requests. It is not used for any other purpose and is not shared with any third party.

Account Information

In addition to license key data, we store the following account-level information:

• Subscription email address
• Purchase and billing history

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Authorize API requests and enforce fair-use limits
• Monitor Service health and detect abuse
• Operate and maintain the Service
• Provide customer support

4. Data Storage

• API activity logs are stored in Amazon CloudWatch.
• License key authorization data is stored in Amazon DynamoDB.
• Subscription and billing records are stored in secure systems operated by or on behalf of the Company.

Requesting Deletion of Your Customer Data

Enlazo Systems LLC is happy to comply with data deletion requests. To request deletion of your customer data, please contact us at support@enlazosystems.com. We will process your request in accordance with applicable law.

6. Data Sharing

We do not:

• Sell personal data
• Share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes

We may share limited data with service providers strictly for operating the Service, including payment processing and AWS infrastructure services.

7. Nature of License Key Data

• Your license key is used solely as a technical identifier to authorize API requests.
• It is not used to directly identify individuals beyond your account record.
• We do not attempt to associate API usage with personal identity beyond account-level subscription data.

8. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. All API traffic is encrypted in transit via HTTPS. However, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
